The Company

In English, 'Gaofeng' means 'high, ample and prosperous', which reflect our investments in mining.

Gaofeng Holding Company Limited is a global resource investment corporation. Established in Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, China in 2004. Gaofeng has mining investments in China and Indonesia. The Company holds a strategic property portfolio with core projects that are all potential "companymakers" in their own right. The management intends to continue making investment decisions that will secure world class mineral deposits to enhance shareholders value for the future.

The company has successfully established a Wholly Owned Foreign Enterprise (WOFE) in the city of Jiujiang, Jiangxi Province, aptly named, Jiujiang Gaofeng Mining Industry Company Limited. The company's current principal project is the producing goldmine in Zhangjiafan, Dexing, Jiangxi Province which has completed a NI 43-101 independent technical report and is developing two other promising assets: the recently acquired gold-copper project in Ruichang, Jiangxi Province and the gold deposit in Enu, Central Sulawesi, Indonesia.
